Changing your mind

A map is made from your place and your choices, so it is exempt from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance sales (chapter 2, section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act).

That is not an attempt to be difficult. The piece is worth something only to the person who chose the place.

Before it is printed

The crop is confirmed with you first, and until the map reaches the printer it can still be changed or cancelled. Write to us.

Damaged or wrong

Send a photograph within fourteen days of delivery, with your order number. We remake the map at no cost, or refund it if you prefer.

You keep the damaged one. Posting it back costs more than it is worth to us.

Faults found later

The Consumer Sales Act gives you three years to report a fault. For the first two years a fault is treated as having been there from the start unless something suggests otherwise, which is what the law presumes.

If we cannot agree

Write to honk@sillygoose.se first, with your order number and photographs. If that leads nowhere, the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) examines the case free of charge, and we follow their recommendations.
