The order
Every map is made to order from the place you choose and the options you set. Your order is an offer to buy, and the agreement is formed when we confirm it by email.
We confirm the exact crop with you before the map reaches the printer, so that what arrives is the area you meant.
Prices and payment
Prices include Swedish VAT. Payment is taken in Shopify's checkout, by card or Klarna. We never see your card details and do not store them.
The checkout charges in Swedish kronor. A price shown in euro is a conversion for comparison, so the amount your bank settles may differ slightly with the rate on the day.
Production and delivery
Maps are posted within two working days of the confirmed crop, while workshop capacity allows. If a production queue forms, we say so before you pay rather than after.
Delivery within Sweden is included in the price. Postage to the rest of the EU is calculated in the checkout before payment. We do not ship outside the EU yet.
Right of withdrawal
A map is made to your specification, so the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to it (chapter 2, section 11 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act). You confirm that you understand this when you order.
Until the map reaches the printer nothing is fixed: write to us and we will change it or cancel the order.
If something is wrong
Faults are covered by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which gives you three years to make a claim.
Alongside the law there is the goose promise: send a photograph within fourteen days of delivery and we remake the map at no cost, or refund it if you prefer. You do not need to post the damaged one back.
Complaints
Write to us first; most things are settled in an email. If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) free of charge, and we follow their recommendations.
Swedish law applies to the sale.
